When you get up in the morning do you feel older than you are? Have you ever said to yourself; I feel 50 and you are only in your 30’s. Surprisingly people in there 50’s generally feel better than people in there 20’s and 30’s, due to the fact that their perspective on life is different or they realize how precious life is and take the time to enjoy it.
So much of our medical issues today can be cured just by changing something’s in our daily life. I am sure you have heard about people being healed from placebos and hypnosis. This is due to the fact that our minds are one of the most powerful tools we humans have.

Our moods play such a pivotal role in how we feel on a daily basis. For instance, have you ever felt as if you had the weight of the world on your shoulders? This is because ironically feelings of responsibility literally cause tension in our shoulders.

If we could just understand the natural order of our bodies then we could realize that we are very powerful beings and so much of our daily moods and lifestyles will affect our health and quality of life. In order to be healthy and full of life we must listen to our bodies. When we express our emotions and issues in a healthy manner we are being a positive and active human being in the healing process of our life. We are taking the natural path to self healing and self preservation.
